Thank You!Related: Mob Wives’ Drita D’Avanzo Reacts to Renee Graziano’s Overdose Revelation

Nearly 10 years after fans said goodbye to the hit reality TV series Mob Wives, serious steps are being taken to reboot the show.

“Mob Wives is in talks to come back,” a source exclusively shared with Us Weekly. “Producers are actively having conversations with networks. There are high-level talks with several networks.”

Although the cast has not been finalized, the insider said original cast member Renee Graziano is on board if things continue to progress and are finalized.

“There is a new robust cast that is garnering excitement from networks,” the source teased. “There are names that are recognizable and some names people should know. There will be OG appearances either full-time, part-time or pop-ups.”

Mob Wives first premiered on VH1 in 2011, following the lives of “associated” women at a crossroads in their lives as their loved ones were serving time for their mob-related activities.

Renee, 56, filmed season 1 with Drita D’Avanzo, Carla Facciolo and Karen Gravano before the show expanded to include additional cast members, including Angela “Big Ang” Raiola and Ramona Rizzo.

Drita recently told TMZ that she doesn’t have interest in the planned reboot and is focused on her current projects, like starring in season 3 of House of Villains. The show is expected to premiere on Peacock on February 26.

According to a source, producers haven’t approached Drita, 49, regarding her potential participation.

“In the past five years, there were previous talks with her about a reboot. And she was asked to come back,” the insider said. “In this current reboot, not yet. Producers are not opposed to having her back this time around, but if she is opposed, then so be it.” (Us has reached out to Drita’s team for comment.)

Last month, Renee was asked about the possibility of a Mob Wives reboot. She expressed her interest in reviving the franchise that lasted six seasons.

“As much as I don’t like Drita, I wouldn’t mind her coming back,” the BAD Body Butter founder said on the “I’m An Artist Not A Salesman” podcast. “She was huge. She’s a funny bitch. I’m not even going to lie.”

While she may not be as close to the original cast as she once was, Renee — who stars in Married By the Mob — said she has nothing but well wishes for her former costars.

“Health, wealth and happiness is what I wish for everyone across the board,” she explained. “Whether I like you or not.”

Reality TV fans may have spotted Karen, 53, on the small screen last month when she appeared on season 10 of Below Deck Mediterranean.

Drita D’Avanzo is sounding off on Renee Graziano’s revelation that she suffered from an accidental fentanyl overdose last year. “I don’t like her,” D’Avanzo, 48, exclusively told Us Weekly on Thursday, March 7 while discussing her recent Mob Wives aesthetic dinner at Ainslie. “However, in capitals, I wish her to find health and peace of […]

Cameras rolled as she appeared on Captain Sandy Yawn’s yacht to experience a luxurious vacation with her friends.

“Karen is a New York Times best-selling author who has written about being a daughter of mob boss Sammy ‘The Bull’ Gravano,” Sandy, 60, stated on the show. “We better behave ourselves.”

Before Below Deck, Karen returned to reality TV in 2020 to star in the MTV series Families of the Mafia. The show was later cancelled after two seasons.
