Harry Styles has fans’ heads spinning after dropping his latest album, Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally.

The pop superstar released his highly anticipated fourth record on Friday, March 6, celebrating the new music with an Instagram post showing behind-the-scenes moments from the studio.

“It’s all waiting there for you. Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally. OUT NOW,” Styles, 32, captioned the post.

One photo showed Styles sitting on a staircase while wearing headphones with his fingers pressed to his temples. In another pic, Styles smiled and danced with his hands in the air.

Harry Styles is going the distance! The “Aperture” singer, 32, appears shirtless in the Spring 2026 issue of Runner’s World, baring his ripped abs and heavily tattooed body while hitting the pavement. The cover image, which the magazine unveiled on Tuesday, March 3, features Styles stretching on a sunny day while wearing just a pair […]

The slideshow also featured a close-up shot of hand-written lyrics, a photo of Styles playing an acoustic guitar and a snap showing the date the album was “complete” (June, 25, 2025).

Fans picked up on another apparent Easter egg in a photo of Styles sitting beside a whiteboard. Abbreviations for each song were written down — but the initials for the album title did not match up. Instead of “KATTDO” (or “Kissco,” as some fans say), the top of the whiteboard read “IHOLALI.”

“I need to know what kissco was originally going to be called because what is IHOLALI,” one listener tweeted on Friday, while another added, “IHOLALI scrapped album title theory I need to know more.”

Styles announced his fourth album in January, marking his return to music after dropping the Grammy-winning record Harry’s House in 2022.

Harry Styles celebrated a new chapter in both his life and his career at the 2026 Grammy Awards. The singer attended the awards ceremony at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles on Sunday, February 1, which happened to be his 32nd birthday. He opted against walking the red carpet, only appearing on stage to present the […]

In an interview released earlier this month, Styles opened up about the inspiration behind his new album.

“I think it was about meeting some people, whatever level of trust to just spend time with someone and saying yes to things,” he told Zane Lowe on Wednesday, March 4. “I remember someone saying, like, ‘Do you want to come with us?’ I was like, ‘Yeah!’ … I think [it’s about] trusting people and being rewarded for that by meeting some great people and learning a lot through them.”

He added, “Everything you imagine about friendship and relationships and honesty and being around friends who are really dedicated to honesty in a way that is terrifying if you’re not. Being in friendships and watching people be in relationship to each other and people be like, ‘This is the most honest version of who I am. Is that OK?’ And being like, ‘Yeah, it is. All right, so why wouldn’t it be OK for you to be that version of yourself?’”

Styles noted that he discovered “so many wonderful things” from trying new experiences.

“It just has changed the way that I’m experiencing the life I’m living in such a grand way,” the former One Direction singer said. “This album is such a wonderful byproduct of that because I was recording while all this was happening and I was exploring all that.”
