A healthy habit I’m loving…
- In 2025, I started strength training! It has been such a good thing for me. I was burnt out on cardio and looking for something different. Strength training has been a nice slow and approachable pace, while still being a challenge! My main goals are to be healthy and strong–I work with a personal trainer 2x per week to keep me accountable and on track!

- New Year – same o – me! This year I continue to dance in the kitchen, hit 10k steps a day and figure out my hormones 😉 Everyday is a new day to crush it ladies, so I hope you’re not too hard on yourself – allow time to rest & say yes that snickers bar when it calls your name!
