Sonar Technician Describes Unexplined Ocean Phenomena

A former US Navy submarine crew member has disclosed details about classified logbooks documenting unidentified high-speed objects detected near American vessels. This revelation follows the 2024 release of an official report confirming 21 unresolved UFO incidents investigated by military authorities.

Firsthand Account of Anomalous Encounters

familiar with the matter, a retired Cold War-era sonar technician described specialized military tracking procedures for what personnel call “fast movers” – unidentified aerial or submerged objects displaying extraordinary velocity. The technician reportedly maintained detailed records of acoustic signatures that couldn’t be attributed to known biological sources or conventional marine vessels.

“The unidentified contacts were logged separately whenever sonar detected clearly artificial signals moving at inexplicable speeds or producing unnatural buzzing patterns,” sources indicated. These recordings and data files were periodically collected from submarines, though the ultimate disposition of these records remains unclear.

Government Confirms Ongoing Investigations

The recently disclosed government document from the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) acknowledges several perplexing cases that remain under analysis. Among these are the well-documented ‘GOFAST’ video showing Navy pilots encountering an unidentified object, and a separate incident involving a silver sphere tracked by Middle Eastern surveillance drones.

While officials confirmed none of the resolved cases revealed evidence of extraterrestrial activity or foreign technological breakthroughs, they emphasized continued scrutiny of 21 outstanding reports exhibiting anomalous characteristics. Congressional leaders would receive immediate notification should investigations uncover potential threats to national security.

Experts Call for Scientific Approach

Former NASA space policy advisor Mike Gold recently urged lawmakers to implement systematic tracking of unexplained aerial phenomena. “The truth requires rigorous scientific investigation,” Gold emphasized during congressional testimony, advocating for advanced monitoring systems to document and analyze potential UFO flight patterns.

Military analysts note that while many sightings have been attributed to conventional explanations like weather balloons or misidentified aircraft, a small percentage demonstrate flight characteristics exceeding known aerospace capabilities. Current investigations focus on determining whether these phenomena represent unknown natural occurrences, experimental technologies, or sensor anomalies.
