Russia and Ukraine on Wednesday agreed to change 1,200 prisoners of struggle in addition to our bodies of useless troopers throughout a 3rd spherical of peace talks in Istanbul. The talks, which the Kremlin predicted could be “troublesome” lasted lower than an hour, Russian state media reported.
