Redondo Seashore’s 911 system was kicked offline for a brief interval Sunday after a fireplace at an AT&T communications heart, in keeping with officers.

“As a result of telecommunications outage within the South Bay, 911 traces are at present down,” the town’s Police Division posted on Fb round 2 p.m. Sunday. By the following hour, traces have been up.
