After an 18-month siege, the Sudanese metropolis of El-Fasher fell on Monday, October 27. It was the final main metropolis in Darfur that was not beneath the management of the Fast Help Forces (RSF) paramilitary group run by Normal Mohamed Hamdan “Hemedti” Dagalo.
