Sudan PM proclaims govt's return to Khartoum from wartime capital Port Sudan

The Sudanese authorities which had been pushed out by struggle has returned to Khartoum and guarantees “higher companies” for the capital’s residents, Prime Minister Kamil Idris introduced on Sunday. The military-aligned authorities had been working out of its wartime capital of Port Sudan for almost three years after it had been pushed out of Khartoum by the paramilitary Speedy Help Forces.[/gpt3]
