Two crew members and 4 passengers had been on board the Cessna 441 aircraft that crashed seven minutes after taking off from the Youngstown-Warren Regional Airport.

NBC affiliate WFMJ of Youngstown reported that the Ohio State Freeway Patrol obtained a name reporting a crash at 7:01 a.m. Sunday within the space of King Graves Street.
