Pentagon investigating Sen. Mark Kelly for telling troops to refuse 'unlawful orders'

The Pentagon is opening an inquiry into Democratic Sen. Mark Kelly after the retired Navy captain and different Democrats recorded a video urging navy members to not adjust to unlawful orders.
