OSLO, Norway — Norwegian police stated Monday that a shopping mall within the capital, Oslo, was secure to reopen for enterprise after a gunman opened fireplace inside. Nobody was instantly reported injured and the suspect was taken into custody.
Police, in a press release, decided that the procuring heart was secure after the perpetrator, who appeared to have acted alone, fired no less than one shot inside.
