Because the dying toll from catastrophic flash floods in Texas continues to climb, climate conspiracies on social media started to flow into. Customers recommended a cloud seeding operation – carried out 2 days earlier than the floods by the corporate Rainmaker – had been responsible for triggering the flooding.
