Nina Dobrev turned heads with her toned figure during a recent girls’ trip to Los Cabos, Mexico, joined by celebrities including Selena Gomez and Ashley Park from Emily in Paris.
Yacht Vibes and Friendship Moments
The actress posed confidently in a black string bikini on a yacht deck, smiling widely with a friend in a black cover-up swimsuit. She accessorized with a polka-dot headband. Additional photos featured Ashley Park lounging in a multicolored bikini and beach wrap.
Dobrev shared inspirational quotes on friendship and self-love, including: “I fall in love with how my best friends show up for me. I fall in love with the way they know the names of people who hurt me and protect me from them.” She captioned the carousel “Girls” followed by a heart emoji.
Fan Reactions Pour In
Followers flooded the comments with praise. One wrote: “Do you ever sleep? You’re everywhere, with everyone, just living your best life. It’s so good to see you this happy. Keep it up!” Others called her “Diva, beautiful, iconic” and encouraged: “First step. Say YES to a girls’ trip.” Many simply noted: “So beautiful Nina.”
Recent Travels After Split
The 37-year-old has embraced multiple vacations with friends since her September 2025 breakup with Shaun White after five years together. They went public in 2019 and got engaged in October 2024.
Soon after the split, she relaxed on a yacht in Italy alongside Zac Efron, Chase Crawford, and Miles and Keleigh Teller, fueling dating speculation with the High School Musical star. When questioned about their bond, Dobrev responded: “I’m excited for the future, and the only thing that’s guaranteed is change.”
Days post-split, she posted a TikTok lip-sync hinting at tension: “What’s your advice for women trying to fix their man? Listen, Bob the Builder, he’s got 10 other women trying to fix him too, and you all look like a damn construction crew.”
Fitness Routine Revealed
Dobrev stays active on social media, frequently sharing bikini photos that highlight her athletic build. She maintains her physique with daily workouts in her home gym, set up during the pandemic.
She previously shared: “I used a personal trainer and relied on a lot of outside sources for my fitness – especially because I used to be so busy traveling and working. But once I was home, I realized I didn’t have much [gym equipment] at home, so I went into a mad dash. I started slowly, over time, accumulating equipment and things that I could use to move my workouts at home…It’s really nice to have that flexibility of working out, whether it’s really early in the morning before I go to set, or really late at night when I get home from set, or after a long flight.”
