WWE legend sends a message ahead of major first-time appearance

A legendary former WWE champion recently took to social media to send a message ahead of their massive first-time ever appearance. The name in question is Mickie James.

Mickie James is one of the greatest names to ever step inside the squared circle. The legend recently returned to TNA Wrestling at No Surrender 2026. It was the first time James stepped inside the TNA ring since her last match against Trinity (aka Naomi) in 2023.

TNA Wrestling’s official X/Twitter recently revealed that Mickie James is set to make her AMC debut tonight on TNA iMPACT. The company also revealed that she would go face-to-face with Ash By Elegance on the show.

“#TNAiMPACT is TONIGHT at 9/8c on @AMC_TV, @AMCPlus and TNA+, and 8 pm ET on @Sportsnet360! @Ashamae_Sebera and TNA Hall of Famer @MickieJames will be face-to-face in the iMPACT! Zone as Mickie makes her AMC debut TONIGHT on Thursday Night iMPACT!” the post read.

This post caught Mickie James’ attention, and she sent a message. The TNA Hall of Famer hyped up her appearance in the iMPACT Zone.

“Hardcore Country in the iMPACT Zone…you could say, an ‘American Classic’ 🤠📺@ThisIsTNA – 9/8c on @AMC_TV #TNAiMPACT #TNAonAMC,” she wrote.

WWE legend Mickie James says she will always be involved in wrestling

After her massive return to TNA Wrestling, Mickie James gave an interview on Busted Open. During the conversation, the former WWE Women’s Champion said that wrestling was in her blood and she believes she was very competitive.

James added that she feels she will always be involved in the pro wrestling world in some capacity.

“Wrestling is one of those things; it’s in your blood, and I’m so competitive, and you just constantly go, ‘Well, what if? What if?’ I think that, for me, whatever opportunity that feels right and feels good in the space, I will always be involved in wrestling in some capacity because I just love it with my whole heart,” she said.

It remains to be seen what WWE legend Mickie James has planned for another possible run in TNA Wrestling.
