The American figure skating team, “Blade Angels,” which includes Alysa Liu, Isabeau Levito, and Amber Glenn, will make their appearance in the final round of the women’s singles figure skating on Thursday, February 19, 2026. The USA has sent a figure skating team to the Milano Cortina Games, which is considered the strongest ever.
Liu, Levito, and Glenn earned the qualification to compete in the final, i.e., the free skating round, after the women’s short program held on Tuesday, February 17, 2026. The top 24 athletes from the women’s short program will compete in free skating. Liu topped the short program amongst the American skaters by settling in third place behind the Japanese duo of Ami Nakai and Kaori Sakamoto.
The Blade Angels’ youngest member, Levito, finished in eighth place with 70.84 points. After an underwhelming performance, where Glenn failed to execute the triple toe loop, she was dropped in 13th place. Glenn made her Olympic debut at the 2026 Winter Games at the age of 26. The name of the American team is a combination of “Blades of Glory” and “Charlie’s Angels.”
