Kit Wilson has been one of the most entertaining parts of WWE television, and his feud with Oba Femi, if it can be called that, has been an epic one. He gave The Ruler an unbelievable new nickname on SmackDown this week.
To give some background and context, Kit Wilson has been WWE’s most outspoken feminist, criticizing toxic masculinity and men in general. He has been writing a lot of poetry, and one of those poems got him in hot water last week as it directly led to a match against Oba Femi being set up on SmackDown. This week, Wilson came out again, and when The Ruler made his way, Wilson had an interaction with him before their match.
Thanks for the submission!
He told Oba Femi that he knew he had seen the light and claimed that they were both against toxic masculinity. Kit Wilson then went on to give Femi an incredible new nickname, calling him a “Teddy Bear”. The “Teddy Bear” would then ask him to read another poem, and Wilson reluctantly said that this was all he wrote and that he only had old poems. When he was forced to read it, it was a poem trashing Femi, and it led to the match where Wilson was decimated.
It seems like the rivalry, if it can be called that, has officially come to an end. For Femi, he is looking to find his road to WrestleMania 42, and it’;s going to be interesting to see what WWE has planned for the newcomer, many of whom strongly believe is a future World Champion.
There are now just under two months for the road to WrestleMania to conclude, which means that there is likely going to be time to find a worthy opponent for The Ruler. Who that opponent could be, only time will tell.
