Chief selector Ajit Agarkar, former all-rounder Yuvraj Singh and others arrived with their partners at Arjun Tendulkar’s pre-wedding function ahead of IPL 2026. Legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar’s son is all set to marry Saania Chandok.

The wedding festivities have begun in Mumbai, with big names from the cricket fraternity having attended Arjun Tendulkar’s pre-wedding function. Ajit Agarkar was seen arriving with his wife, Fatima. He was seen in a traditional black Kurta pyjama set.

Former India all-rounder Yuvraj Singh, dressed in a black kurta with a stylish overcoat, arrived with his wife Hazel Keech, who was wearing a black saree. Former India spinner Harbhajan Singh was also present with his wife, Geeta Basra. Harbhajan was seen in a pink kurta and a white pyjama with a pink turban.

Former India head coach Ravi Shastri also attended Arjun Tendulkar’s wedding function and was spotted dressed formally. Further, former India cricketers Zaheer Khan and Irfan Pathan were also present with their partners, Sagarika Ghatge and Safa Baig, respectively.

At their pre-wedding function, Arjun was dressed in an ivory embroidered sherwani, while Saaniya wore a silver embellished lehenga. Sachin Tendulkar, his daughter Sara Tendulkar, and his wife Anjali were also lavishly dressed for the function.

Arjun Tendulkar shines in DY Patil T20 Cup 2026

Days before his pre-wedding function, Arjun Tendulkar was seen playing for DY Patil Blue in the DY Patil T20 Cup 2026. The all-rounder has produced some magnificent performances in the tournament with both bat and ball.

In a game against Nirlon, he returned figures of 3/34 from 3.5 overs, bowling a match-winning spell. In another game against Indian Navy, the left-hander smashed a 29-ball 55 and helped his team successfully chase down a mammoth total of 220.

The all-rounder will next be seen playing for the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) in IPL 2026 after his transfer from the Mumbai Indians (MI). Ahead of the new season, Arjun being in top form with both bat and ball comes as a huge positive for LSG. He will be expected to continue delivering all-round performances as and when the opportunity comes his way.
