Murphy stated that he’ll “vigorously oppose any try to repatriate Chesimard’s stays to america.”

Chesimard was driving on the New Jersey Turnpike with fellow members of the Black Liberation Military once they have been pulled over. Foerster was killed in an ensuing shootout.
