Q4 2025 Financial Highlights

Revenue for the quarter reached 3.2 trillion won, marking a 10.7% increase from the previous year. Operating profit climbed 12.7% to 610.6 billion won, fueled by strong performances in search and e-commerce sectors.3740

Full-Year 2025 Performance

The company achieved annual revenue of 12.035 trillion won, up 12% year-over-year, alongside operating profit of 2.208 trillion won, also rising 12%. Annual net profit stood at 1.82 trillion won, down 5.8% from 2024.951

Segment Breakdown

E-commerce sales surged 36% to 1.05 trillion won, driven by expansion in global operations. Fintech revenue grew 13% to 453.1 billion won, supported by smart store platform enhancements. Search platform sales dipped slightly by 0.5% to 1.05 trillion won, while content and enterprise segments saw modest declines of 2.3% and 3.2%, respectively.37

Cloud and AI-related enterprise revenue also showed gains, contributing to overall platform strength.39

Strategic Outlook

NAVER attributes its success to AI applications in advertising, content, and data analytics. Executives outlined plans to invest further in AI infrastructure, personalized services, content creation, and delivery networks to sustain long-term growth.37

Shares traded lower by about 3% following the announcement, reflecting investor reactions to the quarterly net profit miss.40
