NAACP sues Texas over redistricting plan eliminating Democratic seats

The Nationwide Affiliation for the Development of Coloured Folks (NAACP) is suing Texas over its redistricting plan that might get rid of 5 Democratic congressional seats.

Texas handed its new map on Saturday, pulling off the political victory regardless of weeks of Democrats breaking quorum, which included fleeing the state to keep away from a redistricting vote.
