NEW YORK — Liberty middle Jonquel Jones will likely be out 4 to 6 week after spraining her proper ankle, the crew introduced Saturday.
Jones sprained her ankle in the course of the second quarter of an 89-81 loss to the Phoenix Mercury on Thursday evening.
“After additional imaging and analysis, Jonquel prevented long-term damage, and she or he is projected to return to sport motion in roughly four-to-six weeks,” the crew stated in a press release.
Jones needed to be helped off the courtroom after injuring the identical ankle on June 5 towards Washington. She missed two video games after that damage.
