A lady who was in search of authorized help along with her immigration standing was raped by a person claiming to be an legal professional — who then supplied her money and a reduction to purchase her silence — authorities say.

Santa Ana police at the moment are asking for the general public’s assist in their seek for the 65-year-old suspect, Jose Bernal.

The sufferer reported the incident to police on Nov. 12, 2024, saying that she met with Bernal, who stated he was an legal professional, at his workplace on 1203 E. seventeenth St. in Santa Ana.
