Israel and Iran have agreed to a whole and whole ceasefire, set to start in roughly six hours, President Donald Trump introduced on social media.
Niether Israeli nor Iranian officers have publicly commented on Trump’s announcement.
The settlement described by Trump includes two 12-hour ceasefire intervals, beginning with Iran. Israel would then observe with a second 12-hour ceasefire, Trump mentioned.

After 24 hours, the warfare will likely be formally declared ended, Trump mentioned.

The announcement got here two days after the U.S. joined Israel’s warfare, launching strikes on three Iranian nuclear targets.
The warfare started June 12 when Israel launched a collection of strikes towards Iran that included dozens of navy targets, together with the nation’s nuclear program, in what Israeli officers referred to as a “preemptive” strike.
