Dubai, United Arab Emirates — Iran’s parliament speaker Mohammad Bagher Qalibaf labeled the leaders of the United States and Israel as “filthy criminals” on Sunday, vowing they will endure “devastating blows” for their persistent strikes against the Islamic Republic.
Qalibaf delivered the remarks in a televised address, becoming the highest-ranking Iranian official to appear on camera since the attacks started Saturday.
Strong Warnings Issued
“You have crossed our red line and must pay the price,” Qalibaf declared. “We will deliver such devastating blows that you yourselves will be driven to beg.”
