Lara Anton, a spokesperson for DSHS, informed ABC Information in a press release that camps are required to develop their very own emergency plans, that are then assessed by the state for adherence to the Texas Administrative Code.

The main points of Camp Mystic’s emergency plans weren’t included within the information launched by the state. DSHS launched the July 2 inspection report together with 5 years of stories of the youth camp.
