Emergency Rescue in Arknights: Endfield is an important quest that you can do in the Mining Camp in Origin Lodespring. Perlica informs you that the Endfield sent medical supplies to treat the injured UWST, but the items got lost, and you must now find the Landbreakers who stole them and get the supplies back. There are two parts in the quest, and completing them will give you 150 Oroberyls.

How to start the Emergency Rescue quest
The Emergency Rescue can be unlocked after completing the Cradle of Ages mission in the main story in Arknights: Endfield. Read the message from Perlica in the Valley IV Insta-Chat Group and head to the Mining Camp in Origin Lodespring to find the Medical Officer. Speak with the NPC to start the quest.
Find clues about Molly
Check the two items on the boxes to find clues about Molly and wait for Perlica finish her deductions. Next, speak with her and follow her out of the room.
Go to the source of the distress call and defeat the Landbreakers
Go to the marked location to find a UWST crew mates being attacked by Landbreakers. Defeat the mobs and save the crew mates.
Follow the UWST crew mates
Follow the UWST crew mates until you reach a meteorological station. Fiona will send you the plans and a layout of the station for you sneak inside. After the cutscene, the first part of the Emergency Rescue quest will also conclude, and you’ll get 75 Oroberyls.
Enter the abandoned sewers and infiltrate the meteorological station
Follow the quest navigation to enter the sewers. You’ll find that the path is blocked by a blight, and you can hit the white glowing part a few times to remove it. Once that is done, go to the upper floor of the meteorological station.
Find Molly and defeat the Landbreakers
Inside the room, you’ll find Molly asking the Landbreakers to return the supplies, and you must defeat them. This will trigger another cutscene in which the LB will detonate an explosive, and you’ll fall into the lower floor.
Find a way out
Go to your left and remove the two blights. Next, interact with the control panel to exit the station.

Defeat the Landbreaker Chief
Defeat all four Landbreakers and wait for Perlica to check the supplies.
Give the medical supplies to Medical Officer Yue
Return to the mining camp and give the supplies to the Medical Officer Yue. Next, talk to Molly to complete the Emergency Rescue quest in Arknights: Endfield. As a reward, you’ll get more Oroberyls and other in-game items.
