Washington — The Home handed the newest bipartisan funding package deal Wednesday, transferring one step nearer to totally funding the federal government by September. 

Congress is speeding to beat a Jan. 30 deadline to move the annual appropriations payments to keep away from one other authorities shutdown. 

High lawmakers on the Senate and Home appropriations committees launched a two-bill package deal Sunday that incorporates funding for the Departments of State, Treasury and different associated companies. 

The Home voted 341 to 79 to move the package deal, kicking it over to the Senate. 

The Senate, in the meantime, is transferring by procedural votes on a three-bill package deal that features funding for the Departments of Commerce, Justice and Inside, in addition to the Environmental Safety Company. The Home authorized the package deal final week in a vote that was overwhelmingly bipartisan.
