Underfire Brandin Podziemski rose to the occasion once again and played a pivotal role in the Warriors’ comeback win against the Rockets. The southpaw guard led the team in scoring with 26 points on an efficient 10 of 18 shooting, along with nine big rebounds.

De’Anthony Melton’s two-way brilliance was huge for the Warriors, as the veteran guard recorded 23 points, three steals, and two blocks. LJ Cryer knocked down four big 3-pointers off the bench, as the Warriors survived a 19-turnover game with an all-round performance.

Meanwhile, the Thunder rode Chet Holmgren’s hot hand against the Knicks to record a thrilling three-point win. The former Gonzaga standout made six threes en route to 28 points. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander kept his jaw-dropping 20-point game streak alive with 26 points.

OKC must improve on certain aspects, primarily with its ball control after committing 15 turnovers against the Knicks. The Thunder shot 45.2 from the floor, with their bench shooting just 7 of 23.
