An arson investigation is underway after a lady was set on fireplace whereas driving a CTA Blue Line in Chicago’s Loop on Monday evening.
In accordance with Chicago police, a 26-year-old girl obtained into an argument with a 45-year-old man whereas on a practice at Clark and Lake streets round 9:25 p.m. Police mentioned the struggle escalated when the person poured a liquid on the lady and set her on fireplace.
Police mentioned the lady obtained off the practice and collapsed on the platform. A witness advised CBS Chicago they noticed the sufferer leap off the practice and bystanders come to her help.
She sustained extreme burns and was taken to Stroger Hospital in crucial situation.
CBS Chicago has obtained video of the aftermath, which exhibits a lady with vital burns on her head.
No arrests have been made.
