Atlantis Bahamas Watermelon Salad
Certainly one of my all-time favourite salads from Atlantis Bahamas. I instantly took a photograph of the menu to re-create at dwelling!
- Contemporary Greens [I used a bag of Spring Mix]
- Contemporary Watermelon, cubed
- Candy Peas, a few handful
- Contemporary Radish, thinly sliced
- Feta
- Salt & Pepper
Plate all components and prime with salt & pepper. Pairs effectively with brown sugar French dressing. Get pleasure from!
