A well-known Los Angeles mansion is altering arms … former Google CEO Eric Schmidt simply dropped 9-figures for the Spelling Manor.

Eric and his spouse, Wendy Schmidt, paid $110 for the storied property … based on a report Friday within the Wall Avenue Journal.

The Spelling Manor was constructed within the ’90s for TV producer Aaron Spelling and his spouse Sweet Spelling … and the property boasts 14 bedrooms, 27 baths and 56,500 sq. ft of area.

Petra Ecclestone — the style designer and daughter of System One billionaire Bernie Ecclestone offered the Manor in 2019 for $120 million … so it looks as if the Schmidts are getting a steal at $110M.

Petra purchased it from Sweet in 2011 for $85 million, then proceeded to lay our a fortune transforming the property.

The property has all of the bells and whistles … together with a magnificence salon with therapeutic massage rooms and tanning beds, plus a bowling alley and a wine cellar.

Here is how the opposite half lives … the Schmidts are reportedly planning to make use of the Manor to host conferences and nonprofit occasions.
