A 51-year-old man faces charges after allegedly strolling nude through a Florida resort and engaging in a public sexual act involving a vacuum cleaner. Officials from the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office responded to multiple complaints at Windsor Hills Resort in Kissimmee on January 22.
Incident Details and Witness Accounts
Witnesses reported seeing Kevin Dale Westerhold exposing himself outside a residence. They provided statements and cellphone footage capturing him partially clothed while performing the act with a vacuum cleaner. Deputies arrived at Grassendale Street but Westerhold had already fled the scene.
Further investigation uncovered that Westerhold and his wife host Airbnb properties on Grassendale Street and Almaton Loop within the resort. A prior complaint from January 21 described a nude man in a shared hallway, supported by Ring camera footage from a resident.
Pattern of Behavior and Prior Reports
Officials canvassed the Almaton Loop area and gathered additional resident statements detailing similar incidents. Residents also submitted Blink video evidence showing Westerhold partially clothed or nude in hallways. These events trace back to reports filed with the Homeowners Association in December.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office obtained a warrant for Westerhold, who resides in Oviedo, Florida. On January 27, the Oviedo Police Department arrested him at the request of the sheriff’s office and booked him into Seminole County Jail on a charge of exposure of sexual organs.
