And attributable to a health-related absence of our Chairman, I’ll chair right this moment’s assembly in accordance with Dutch regulation and the corporate’s Articles of Affiliation.
This Extraordinary Basic Assembly has been convened in reference to BioNTech’s public trade supply for all excellent shares of CureVac N.V.
