College students kind human swastika on San José highschool soccer area

A viral picture of San José college students forming a human swastika whereas mendacity on their highschool’s soccer area has roiled the Silicon Valley group and prompted an outcry from the Jewish group.

The image of eight Branham Excessive Faculty college students was posted Wednesday on social media, accompanied by an antisemitic 1939 quote from Adolf Hitler. The put up has since been deleted and denounced by native leaders.

“Our message to the group is evident: this was a disturbing and unacceptable act of antisemitism. Actions that focus on, demean, or threaten Jewish college students don’t have any place on our campuses,” mentioned Beth Silbergeld, the varsity’s principal, in a press release to The Instances. “Personally, I’m horrified by this act. Professionally, I’m assured and hopeful that our college group can study from this second and emerge stronger and extra united.”
