Cindy Crawford, now 60, continues to captivate with her timeless beauty and sculpted physique. She recently shared a detailed look at her 2.5-hour morning routine on social media, highlighting wellness practices that keep her radiant and fit.
Starting the Day at Dawn
Crawford rises at 6 a.m., beginning with stretches in bed while wearing a pink satin chemise. She follows this by dry-brushing her long, toned legs as she listens to an audiobook of the Bible.
Skincare Ritual for Radiant Skin
At 6:30 a.m., she uses a gua sha tool with Skin Softening Cleanser from her Meaningful Beauty line, which she co-founded over 20 years ago with French doctor Jean-Louis Sebagh. This routine tightens and brightens her skin, featuring Charentais cantaloupe extract for an ageless glow.
“When you feel good about yourself and feel confident, you hold your head a little higher and that’s what people really see,” Crawford stated in an interview. She relies on the brand’s sun-protectant moisturizer, praising how it absorbs seamlessly under makeup.
Next, she applies a Capillus Laser Cap for hair growth and sits on a Bemer mat to boost blood flow. She massages her face with The Wand by Keren Bartov, a red light device that rejuvenates and tightens skin.
Invigorating Outdoor Steps
At 7 a.m., Crawford takes a shot of Fire Cider apple cider vinegar before heading to the beachside backyard of her Miami Beach home, shared with husband Randy Gerber. She walks barefoot on the grass for grounding, then enjoys a 15-minute Jacuzzi dip, revealing her flawless, makeup-free complexion.
Fitness and Fuel
After more grounding walks, she dresses in a skintight gym set and prepares collagen-infused coffee. She checks emails briefly before hitting her private gym at 8 a.m.
There, she demonstrates impressive flexibility with mat stretches, an inversion table hang, and mini-trampoline bounces to elevate her heart rate. Her private Pilates instructor then arrives to complete the session.
“Currently, I do Pilates twice a week on a reformer, which I love,” she shared on the Him & Her Show in 2024. “I’ve only been doing that for the last 10 years, and I have to say, because I sometimes get lower back stuff, even if my back’s hurting, I can do Pilates because I can modify it.”
Holistic Wellness Approach
Crawford attributes her vitality to skincare, dry brushing, intermittent fasting, and consistent workouts like 20 minutes of cardio plus weights three times weekly, including bicep curls, squats, and lunges. She also uses her home sauna to combat wrinkles.
Her diet emphasizes whole foods, avoiding gluten and sugar. She practices intermittent fasting, skipping breakfast until 10 a.m. after exercising.
Mental health plays a central role: “I think part of being healthy is mental health and part of mental health is feeling like you are taking care of yourself,” she said on The Skinny Confidential in 2024. “If we feel good about ourselves we have so much more confidence and so much more to offer.”
Crawford captioned her video: “I love my morning routine—sets me up to have a great day!”
