A 37-year-old British father of two plunged to his death from a sixth-floor balcony at a hotel in Torremolinos, a popular Costa del Sol resort. The incident occurred in the early hours of Wednesday morning while his partner and two young children, both under 10, slept inside their room.
Emergency services responded quickly to multiple calls but pronounced the man dead at the scene. His partner informed police that they had shared drinks before she retired to bed, leaving him alone on the balcony. She maintains the fall was accidental.
