Brazil’s prime court docket dominated on Thursday that ex-President Jair Bolsonaro won’t be detained—for now—throughout his trial for allegedly plotting a coup. Nevertheless, the 70-year-old far-right chief faces rapid arrest if he violates restrictions, together with a social media ban. Bolsonaro is accused of making an attempt to overturn his 2022 election loss to leftist Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva.
