In response to new courtroom docs obtained by TMZ … Akon checked the field to terminate spousal assist for Tomeka — his spouse of 29 years — after she had requested it in her divorce petition filed in September.
Apparently, Tomeka requested the courtroom to not award any spousal assist to Akon so it appears each wish to defend inheritor funds.
In Akon’s response, filed Friday in L.A. Superior Courtroom, he additionally requested joint bodily custody of the 17-year-old baby he shares with Tomeka.
Tomeka, then again, requested for joint authorized custody of their baby, in addition to full bodily custody.
