Todd Nepola‘s now not serious about suing Bravo and NBC for defamation … dismissing his lawsuit earlier this week.
The “Actual Housewives of Miami” star filed a brief doc with the courtroom voluntarily dismissing his motion towards the most important firms … dismissing the lawsuit with prejudice, so he cannot convey it once more.
The doc doesn’t present a motive for the dismissal.
We broke the story … Todd filed the lawsuit in October accusing the community of mendacity about his funds to juice up storylines surrounding his spouse, Alexia Nepola, throughout season 6 and seven of ‘RHOM.’
The lawsuit particularly referred to a number of eps by which Adriana de Moura supposedly unfold false claims about his companies tanking and suggesting he may need to downgrade his residence as effectively.
