Fatal Collision in Zorra Township

Ontario Provincial Police report that a 14-year-old snowmobile operator has died following a collision involving two vehicles in Oxford County on Saturday.

Officers arrived at the scene near Road 92 and 23rd Line in Zorra Township shortly after 10:30 a.m., responding to reports of the incident between a snowmobile and a pickup truck. The young operator was rushed to a hospital but succumbed to his injuries there.

No Additional Injuries Reported

Investigators confirm no other individuals involved in the crash sustained injuries. Provincial police closed Road 92 between 19th Line and 23rd Line to facilitate the ongoing probe, and the road will remain shut for several hours.

Authorities urge anyone with information about the collision to contact them directly to assist with the investigation.
